“Mini Workouts During Daily Routines”


It may seem impossible to workout sometimes but I have found some ways to fit in some strength training that I hope you find helpful!  I am going to share with you a couple things that I do daily that will give you some ideas to start incorporating some strength training into your routines.

My Minis:

·     Electric Toothbrush workout (2 minutes, 2x a day)-Opportunity for calve raises, rear and side leg-extensions, squats, & lunges.  (I personally stick to calve raises)

·     Mouthwash-60 seconds, calve raises, glute squeezes, leg extensions

·     Eyelash curling-I do rear leg extension (10 sec. curl before I put on my mascara and then 10 sec. curl after I put on my mascara. 

·     Blow drying my hair-squats, calve raises, leg extensions 

·     Straightening my hair-squats, leg extensions 

You can make these getting read moments really count to your advantage, put on some music and declare this a full mind & body beauty session.  See how many you can do regularly and then add that up for the week and you just added a full workout!
