Pick Up the Pace with Your Pet!!

I know we can all use a little motivation to get up and get
moving so why not get that motivation from our pets!
Getting moving we all know is half the battle
when it comes to a healthy lifestyle with the other half being our nutrition
and mental health.
I have payed
attention to and have noticed through my almost six years of being a dog owner
that I do way more activity than I would have ever done without my fur best friend
“Harley”.
Harley is a border
collie/terrier mix with so much energy and excitement for life I just cannot
get enough of her!
I love this dog so
much and I go on walks with her because she loves it and needs it.
Now this works for also because if I need to
get some fresh air I have company and if I want a little adventure she is
always ready to go for a hike or a swim without any notice!
Even on days when the weather isn’t so lovely
out I know my Harley still needs to be exercised even for a little while which
results in yours truly being exercised as well being the beauty of this whole
operation.
With this being said start
exploring new trails, expand your neighborhood walk, run with your dog, or just
simply chase them around the yard.
I
guarantee you will see a change in yourself and will love your special bond with
your new workout partner!!
