What Works for My Body Doesn’t Work for Your Body!

So this is the thing, I have tried every diet, exercise
routine, class, pill, tea, and serum known to man.
With that beings said I am going to level with you here and tell you that I have zero
interest in giving up drinking, feeling starving, or living without carbs.
What I have learned to do is pay attention and to understand that I have
to work but I am not giving up the things that I love,
absolutely no way, I will be miserable!!
I have come across and I am not going to promote any particular brands
but it is a bracelet that will let you log in your calories, it keeps track of
your sleep, and exercise routine.
I have
to say I searched like a mad woman to find a cute one because they make these
things uglier than sin but I found something decent and it has helped me learn
about what my body needs and keeps me accountable to myself everyday, almost like a personal trainer attached to my wrist instead of my hip. I love this method because it helps you
experiment with what you eat, drink, and motivates you to work out more and to
challenge yourself.
Some weeks I do
amazing and some weeks I am learning oh no I am staying away from that soup
because I gained 2 pounds in a day or that workout I did was not the outcome I thought.
I
have learned that with everyone’s lifestyle being so different with kids, jobs,
school, etc. we need to have a lifestyle that works for our body and our schedule.
Just a side note that Miss America, the Victoria Secret models, and
miss hot body from the biggest loser make a living off what they look like and have personal trainers and chefs that help them achieve their goals.
We have to do what is natural for us and put
our best effort in and the first step is knowledge and learning about yourself.
It is so amazing what you can accomplish in
such a short period of time when you are focused and can pay attention.
These tracking bracelets (fitbit, jawbone, apple watch) help
you to accomplish that goal but you need to be honest when you log your food and extra workouts.
It really works for a lifestyle change and
also a quick fix if that is what you need but I go more for the lifestyle
change because we want forever beauty.
When you understand your body the results will come!
